1. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority.
2. Scope
We currently offer made‑to‑order services (die‑cut pillows) and may add POD/3D printing categories. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; for paid orders materially affected we will offer an equivalent remedy or refund.
3. Account & Compliance
Keep information accurate and accounts secure. Uploaded assets must not infringe IP/publicity/trademark rights or contain unlawful/offensive content. Forgii may refuse orders suspected of infringement.
4. License to Use Content (Fulfillment‑only)
You grant Digix Network Technology Co., Limited a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license solely for production, fulfillment, after‑sales and compliance; no public display without your consent.
5. Pricing, Duties & Taxes, and Payment
Prices are as displayed; payments are processed by third‑party providers; production begins after successful payment.
Customs duties are borne by the seller. Value‑added tax (VAT) or any other taxes are borne by the buyer. If an incorrect address is provided, any reshipment fees or other losses arising therefrom are borne by the buyer.
6. Production & Delivery
Timelines are estimates; delays due to carriers, customs or force majeure are not breaches.
7. Intellectual Property
Marks, UI and content on the site are owned by Digix Network Technology Co., Limited or its licensors; no use without permission.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against third‑party claims arising from your submissions or breach, as permitted by law.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (HKIAC Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute shall be referred to arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator unless otherwise agreed. The language of the arbitration shall be English (unless the parties agree otherwise). The award shall be final and binding.

Appendix: Standard Legal Clauses
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, carrier or network outages, or third‑party service interruptions.
Termination. Forgii may suspend or terminate services for fraud, abuse, illegality, or infringement risks.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or any rights/obligations without our written consent; we may assign in connection with internal reorganization or transfer of business.
Survival. Provisions concerning IP, indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and interpretation survive termination.
Entire Agreement. These Terms together with referenced policies constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
No Waiver. No failure or delay in enforcing any right constitutes a waiver of that right.
Headings & Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Third‑Party Links & Services. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or services linked from our site.

Language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
